Whew - we just spent the weekend at Motorfest 2009 here in Boise. We had planned on going to Thunder Hill in California to do some racing but we're still playing catch up from our sojourn and decided to stay home.
It was a great way to spend the 4th of July weekend, with 890+ other car owners and a bizillion motor enthuasists. Saturday it was 101 but cooled down to 90 on Sunday. We displayed our vehicles with the newly formed Idaho Cobra Club. One member, Steve Taylor, earned the sponsor award from A & W with his absolutely gorgeous copper colored Factory Five Cobra.
I really was looking forward to running my Mustang in the Hole Shots but it seems that I have a small bolt or oil plug that worked its way out and into the oil pan, so I don't have the maximum amount of oil pressure that I should have. Back to the shop we go, ho ho....
